Between 20-22 March 2014 a second study visit was organized in Czech Republic under the project Coaching-Innovative approach for better integration of refugees, Grundtvig Program, Learning Partnership. The study visit was organized by Caritas Prague in partnership with Association Pro Refugiu Romania and Human Rights League Slovakia. A total number of 12 participants ( trainers and learners) were actively involved. With this occasion participants visited a reception center for asylum seekers, identified best practices in relation with refugees assistance and discussed relevant aspects related to coaching manual content. The manual which will be developed in 2014 will help specialists (social workers, psychologists from NGOs and institutions) to become familiar with innovative coaching techniques adapted for refugees assistance during their integration process in the host societies.
